Uganda and Sri Lanka discussed a proposed MoU between the Uganda Police Force and Sri Lanka Police on battling transnational crime and creating police cooperation, the Foreign Ministry said yesterday (28th). Foreign Minister Tilak Marapana, amid a visit in the African region to extend and revitalize reciprocal relations, paid a civility approach Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
